The protection of your data is very important to us. We strictly stick to the determination of the data privacy laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Personal data is collected on this website only in an amount technically required. In no case collected data will be sold to third persons or given to them for any other reason.
Below you'll find information about which data is collected and how they are utilized during your visit on the website:
1. Acquisition and use of data for intrasystem and statistical purposes
At every access on our website and every download of a file stored on the website, data automatically transmitted by your browser are logged. This serves internal system related and statistical purposes. Recorded are:
- browser type and version
- used operating system
- referrer URL (the website visited before)
- host name of the accessing computer (IP adress)
- name of the downloaded file
- date and time of the access/download
- amount of transmitted data.
We're not able to relate those data to certain persons and we won't combine them with other sources of data. The data will furthermore be deleted after a statistical evaluation.
2. Acquisition and use of personal data
Further personal data are only collected and stored (also in electronic form) if you give this information voluntarily, for example within the registration for our online services and the event ("MittelPunkt 2009"), or an order.
Your personal data will generally be deleted if they are no longer necessary to accomplish the aim of the storage (e.g. data stored within an order are erased after the transaction), if you abrogate your storage agreement, or if the storage is illegal for other reasons.
If ruled by the responsible institutions we're allowed to provide information (stock data) in individual cases if it is essential for purposes like prosecution, averting of a danger, for compliance of legitimate duties of the Agency of Protection of the Constitution or the Military Counterintelligence Agency or the enforcement of the law to intellectual property.
3. Cookies
Some of our websites use so called Cookies. They make our service more user friendly, more efficient and safer. Cookies are small text files which are stored on your computer by your browser. Cookies do not cause any damage on your computer and do not contain any viruses.
4. Right of access to personal data
